Red dry
One of the most iconic Northern Rhône Syrah expressions, born from the Chaillot parcel in the Cornas appellation. This terroir of limestone and granite soils gives the wine remarkable minerality, structure, and longevity.
The bouquet reveals fresh blackberries, cassis, and delicate floral notes, enriched by hints of black olives, spices, and smoke. On the palate, it is expressive, rich, and vibrant, full of concentrated fruit, with finely woven tannins and a powerful, mineral-driven finish marked by nuances of black pepper.
The grapes are grown organically and harvested by hand. Fermentation takes place in both stainless steel and open wooden vats. The wine is then aged for 24 months in oak barrels and bottled unfiltered, preserving its natural depth and authenticity.
Serve at 16-18 °C. Tomato dishes such as ratatouille can be paired with lamb, venison, or beef.
Vienas iš pagrindinių šiaurinės Ronos regiono Cornas apelacijos gamintojų. Jis daro vyną iš ‘Syrah‘ vynuogių. Šie vynai, garsėja savo veislės išraiška ir aksomine tekstūra. Geriausių Les Chaillots ir Reynard cuvées gaminama tik 500 vienetų. Allemand vynų gamyba iš esmės yra tradicinė – pavyzdžiui naudojama labai mažai naujo ąžuolo. Vynuogyno sklypų vynuogės fermentuojamos atskirai nerūdijančiojo plieno ir atvirose medinėse statinėse, o perkošimai atliekami kojomis. Allemand naudoja minimalų sieros kiekį, o vynai 18-24 mėnesius brandinami su mielių nuosėdmis. Galutiniai Allemand vynai išpilstomi į butelius nefiltruoti.
