“Nosis namuose” is back! For the 2026–2027 season, we once again invite you to join the Sommelier School of Lithuania wine tasting game and put your blind tasting skills to the test.
At the Sommelier School of Lithuania, our aim is not only to deepen wine knowledge but also to develop practical tasting skills. “Nosis namuose” therefore offers an excellent opportunity to assess your abilities, train your senses, and discover something new each month.
From September 2026 through May 2027, a new round of the game will take place every month, each featuring a different theme. The top participant in each round will receive a prize, and at the end of the season we will announce the overall blind tasting champion of the 2026–2027 season.
Each “Nosis namuose” wine tasting set contains samples of three wines.
ROUND ONE – SEPTEMBER
After the summer break, we are returning to our tasting glasses and launching the first round of “Nosis namuose 2026–2027”. September will introduce the first blind tasting theme of the new season.

September sets can be ordered until 18 September.
Preparation / dispatch of the sets: 21 September.
September round guesses can be submitted from 21 to 24 September.
All participants in the game, i.e. persons who purchase a tasting set and submit the answer form, are deemed to have read and agreed to these Rules.

2. Purpose of the Game
2.1. To help wine professionals and enthusiasts improve their wine tasting and blind tasting skills.
2.2. To promote wine culture in Lithuania.
2.3. To determine the best tasters of each monthly round and of the entire season.
3. Place and Duration
3.1. The game is conducted remotely.
3.2. The game begins in September 2026.
3.3. The game ends in May 2027.
4. Participants
4.1. The game is open to all persons aged 20 or over who purchase a “Nosis namuose” wine tasting set from the Vyno klubas online shop.
5. How the Game Works
5.1. The game consists of nine rounds, with one round taking place each month from September 2026 through May 2027.
5.2. Participants wishing to take part in a particular round must purchase a “Nosis namuose” wine tasting set.
5.3. The wine tasting set will be dispatched to the participant after the order deadline has passed. Participants may also collect their set in person from the Sommelier School of Lithuania / Vyno klubas at Stumbrų g. 15, Vilnius.
5.4. Participants submit their answers electronically. A link to the answer form will be sent to the email address provided by the participant and will also be included with the tasting set.
5.5. In the answer form, participants assess the wine’s sweetness, acidity level and oak influence, and identify or estimate the grape variety, country of origin, vintage and other characteristics of the wine.
6. Participation Fee
6.1. The participation fee for one round is EUR 25 + EUR 5 delivery fee. The delivery fee does not apply if the tasting set is collected in person from the Sommelier School of Lithuania / Vyno klubas at Stumbrų g. 15, Vilnius.
6.2. Each “Nosis namuose” wine tasting set contains samples of three wines.
7. Winners
7.1. The three highest-scoring participants in each round will be announced on the Sommelier School of Lithuania website and on its Facebook and Instagram accounts. The first-place winner of each round will receive a prize provided by the sponsor.
7.2. After all nine rounds have been completed, the overall winner of the 2026–2027 season will be announced.
7.2.1. The overall winner will be selected from among participants who have taken part in at least three rounds of the game.
7.2.2. The winner will be determined based on the average score of the participant’s three best-performing rounds.
7.2.3. The overall winner of the game will receive a prize provided by the partner Coravin.
