Its complex, exceptionally dry and clean flavor is built upon Oolong tea, while hibiscus adds a subtle fruity acidity. Silver Needle white tea gives the drink a refined silk-like texture, gentle bitterness, and a long-lasting fruity finish.
This non-alcoholic sparkling tea is a perfect choice for those seeking a rosé wine alternative, ideal as an aperitif or paired with light dishes, snacks, seafood, or vegetarian cuisine. Best served well-chilled, at 5–7 °C.
