LYSERØD is the driest option among all Copenhagen Sparkling Teas. It surprises with an elegant aroma of red berries and red apples. Its complex, exceptionally dry and clean flavor is built upon Oolong tea, while hibiscus adds a subtle fruity acidity. Silver Needle white tea gives the drink a refined silk-like texture, gentle bitterness, and a long-lasting fruity finish.
This non-alcoholic sparkling tea is a perfect choice for those seeking a rosé wine alternative, ideal as an aperitif or paired with light dishes, snacks, seafood, or vegetarian cuisine. Best served well-chilled, at 5–7 °C.
