Compared to other appellations in the region, this red wine is crafted to emphasize pure fruit aromas and a sense of lightness. Since this wine features naturally high acidity, which acts as a preservative, a recorked bottle can easily be kept in the refrigerator for about 2 to 3 days without losing its primary flavor characteristics.
