Usually, these wines are crafted to highlight their youthful fruitiness and softness. You will best appreciate their qualities by drinking them within 1 to 4 years of the vintage. Only exceptional, premium IGT blends featuring heavily oak-aged Cabernet Sauvignon are intended for longer cellaring.
Like most medium-bodied red wines, Marche Rosso is best served at a slightly cool room temperature—around 16–18 °C (60–64 °F). During the summer, it can even be slightly chilled to better accentuate its fresh berry character.
