Absolutely. Thanks to the firm tannic structure of the Montepulciano grape, Tullum Rosso Riserva category wines can beautifully evolve in the cellar for 10 years or more, softening and revealing notes of balsamic and leather.
Should these red wines be decanted?
Yes, especially the powerful red wines. Decanting for at least 1 to 2 hours will greatly help them open up and reveal their full bouquet of berries and spices.
