Brigaldara Valpolicella DOC 2024 is an authentic, fresh and fruity Italian red wine from the famous Valpolicella DOC Veneto region in northern Italy. The wine perfectly reflects the Brigaldara winery's craftsmanship and the combination of tradition and modern technology.
The wine is produced according to the strict principles of traditional Valpolicella winemaking:
Varietal selection: The grapes are hand-picked from limestone-rich vineyards located in the hilly areas around San Pietro in Cariano.
Fermentation: After gentle pressing, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures to preserve the fresh aromas.
Maturation: The wine is not aged in oak barrels - a conscious decision that allows the natural nuances of the grape flavor to be highlighted.
Aroma: Cherries, blackberries, fresh herbs, subtle hints of spices.
Taste: Light and balanced, refreshing acidity, soft tannins, fruity aftertaste.
Serve at 16–18 °C with pizza, pasta, cured ham, grilled sausages, Italian appetizers, and spicy grilled vegetables.
Azienda Agricola Brigaldara is a family-owned winery located near the village of San Floriano, in the Marano della Valpolicella valley, within one of Italy’s most renowned wine regions – the Valpolicella Classico DOCG zone, north of Verona.

Brigaldara manages approximately 50 hectares of land, planted with native grape varieties such as Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, and others, which are used to produce Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG, Valpolicella Superiore, Ripasso, and other prestigious wines. In addition to vineyards, the estate also cultivates olive trees, from which top-quality extra virgin olive oil is produced.
While part of the vineyard land is leased, all vineyards are meticulously managed by Brigaldara’s professional team, ensuring optimal vine balance and impeccable grape quality.
