White dry
A wine inspired by the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea, balancing freshness, elegance, fullness, and minerality. Each bottle tells the story of its vintage.
The grape juice is fermented and aged in French oak barrels. Greenish-hued, the wine offers aromas of pear, peach, nectarine, chamomile, and lemon blossom. Soft in texture and supple on the palate.
Serve at 8–10 °C with chicken and other white meat dishes, halibut or pan-fried flounder.
Juicy, fruity and comforting, showing notes of bergamot, aromatic herbs and warm spices. Medium-bodied with zesty acidity. Bright and vivid with a seductive character. From organically grown grapes. Drink now.
Jan and Caryl Panman travelled the world for work and pleasure before finding their bliss in Limoux. In 2001 they took the plunge and purchased the 22 hectare Château Rives-Blanques (named after one of the Pyrenean peaks on the horizon). Aided by Eric Vialade, who has run the estate for 30 years, and Pierre Roque, their consulting oenologist, they are making some of the purest, most mineral wines in the area. Now their children are taking a larger role, Jan-Ailbe as the winemaker-in-waiting, Xaxa on the commercial and promotional side.
