An elegant wine of fruity profile with aromas of citrus and exotic fruits and a floral aftertaste. The juice was fermented at low temperatures to preserve the quality of the aromas. The wine is unfiltered and aged in stainless steel tanks to retain all the freshness and flavour of this wine's fruit aromas.
Serve at 8–10 °C with grilled squid, bruschetta with mackerel or chicken.
Domaine Ampelhus is a 12-hectare winery located in the Languedoc region of France. The estate is managed by former Lithuanian pharmacist Ženia Vasiljeva Vermillard and her husband Thibauld Vermillard, who took over the family vineyards in 2015. The producers apply biodynamic winemaking principles and have won the prestigious "Best Young Winemaker of France" award. The assortment is dominated by wines made from traditional and rare historical grape varieties.
