A subtle and aromatic white wine from the Languedoc region of southern France, crafted by the organically farmed Domaine Ampelhus. Made from a single grape variety – ‘Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains’, this wine delights with its naturally fruity and refreshing style.

The vineyard lies near Lunel-Viel (Hérault), on quartzite, sandy, and limestone soils – the origin of the name “Quartzite.” The estate is certified organic (biodynamic methods), and the wine is produced minimally – unfined, with low sulfite levels, and using native yeasts.

Ženia Vasiljeva's journey from Lithuanian pharmacy to the Languedoc wine world began in 2013, when she met her husband, Frenchman Thibauld Vermillard. After two years of experimentation and learning, they took over a 10-hectare family vineyard and expanded it to 12 hectares. Today, "Domaine Ampelhus" is a successful winery that has won the Best Young Winemaker in France award. Ženia and Thibauld, following traditional winemaking methods and biodynamic principles, create exceptional wines that reflect the uniqueness of the Languedoc terroir.
