Domaine Ott Clos Mireille Château de Selle Rosé AOC 2022 is a classic Côtes de Provence rosé wine, distinguished not only by its exceptionally high quality and elegance, but also by its unique bottle shape.
Domaine Ott Clos Mireille 2022 reveals subtle notes of mango, peach, red berries, cinnamon and vanilla. The palate is fresh and elegant, rounded, with a long-lasting mineral finish that creates a delicate balance between freshness and sweetness.
This rosé is produced according to organic farming principles. The grapes are hand-harvested and then pressed using an exceptionally gentle and meticulous technique. After fermentation, the wine is aged in neutral stainless steel tanks, thereby preserving its freshness and aromatic qualities.
Serve at 8–10 °C with delicate appetizers stuffed with soft goat cheese, seafood, chicken and citrus salad, or chicken with Provençal herbs.

In 1912, Alsatian agricultural engineer Marcel Ott founded the estate, surrounded by 18th-century buildings and inspired by the nature and history of Provence. His family maintained this winemaking tradition for over a century until 2004, when the estate was acquired by the prestigious Champagne house Louis Roederer – a clear sign of Domaine Ott’s status as a world-class wine brand.
Today, Domaines Ott encompasses several prestigious estates, including Château de Selle, which Marcel Ott transformed into a rosé wine masterpiece. Here, on 48 hectares of vineyards, ‘Cabernet Sauvignon’ and ‘Semillon’ grapes grow to create an elegant, refined wine that has become a symbol of both summer and the entire region.
