Maison Ponsot's Saint-Romain Cuvée de la Mésange is a refined white Burgundy produced from 'Chardonnay' grapes sourced from the Côte de Beaune, one of Burgundy's most renowned regions for quality viticulture.
On the nose, this wine presents aromas of peach, pear, and apple, accompanied by mineral notes and subtle hints of honey and stone. On the palate, it is fresh and well-structured, with a pleasant acidity that balances the fruity flavors.
