"Vynodai rodo" is a joint project by three legends: "Vyno klubas", the Fio winery in Mosel (managed by Niepoort), and the artist Stasys Eidrigevičius. This alcohol-free wine is fully fermented, after which the alcohol is gently removed. The wine is placed under a vacuum, which lowers its boiling point. This allows the alcohol to be distilled at an extremely low temperature, perfectly preserving all the wine's aromas and essential characteristics.
The 'Riesling' grapes are grown on the steep terraces of the Mosel Valley, where slate soils with a high quartz content predominate. This is a sleek, elegant, perfectly balanced, light-bodied, and incredibly refreshing Mosel Riesling, distinguished by its spring-like mood.
