Le Nez du Vin is the legendary aroma kit brand from the French publishing house Éditions Jean Lenoir, which has become the worldwide benchmark for wine education. Its creator, Jean Lenoir (1937–2023), born in Burgundy, studied oenology in Beaune and at Dijon University, and in 1981 introduced a revolutionary idea – the Le Nez du Vin kit, capturing the most important wine aromas in 54 vials: from lemon, raspberry and violet to truffle, leather and toasted bread. Each aroma is accompanied by detailed descriptions that help train the nose and understand the language of wine.
