Often described as the “star of the estate,” this liqueur is made exclusively from lemons grown on the producer’s own farm. Only lemon peels are used, macerated with grape grappa distilled from estate-grown grapes. The peels are infused in metal tanks for several months, allowing the pure citrus character to develop naturally. The authenticity of the product is evident from the light oily film that may appear on the surface, created by the naturally high essential oil content of the lemon peels.
The liqueur has an olive-green hue and a cloudy appearance, as it is unfiltered. Fresh lemon aromas and flavors dominate, resulting in a lively and refreshing profile.
