White dry
A structured, complex white wine from the Friuli region with aging potential. This blend is made from 'Pinot Grigio', 'Gewürztraminer', and 'Riesling' grapes, reflecting the unique terroir of the Isonzo valley, whose soil gives the harvest exceptional concentration and minerality.
The wine's aromatic profile is characterized by purity and dynamism: it reveals notes of limes, grapefruits, yellow apples, and peaches, complemented by tropical fruits, white flowers, and subtle nuances of vanilla and honey resulting from oak aging. On the palate, the wine reveals a rich and full body, harmoniously balanced by refreshing acidity, ensuring flavor balance and a long finish.
The grapes of different varieties are fermented separately in 500-liter French oak barrels (tonneaux), some of which are new. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 11–12 months on fine lees.
Serve at a temperature of 10–12 °C. Thanks to its full-bodied profile, this wine pairs perfectly with heartier seafood dishes, spicy Asian cuisine, white meats with creamy sauces, and aged cheeses.
Very aromatic with ripe pineapple, lychees and glazed lemons with dried flowers and spicy herb undertones. Medium- to full-bodied, tense and energetic with steady acidity and a firm, lightly phenolic mid-palate. Hints of dried leaves and citrus peel at the end. A blend of pinot grigio, traminer and riesling. Drink or hold. Monday, Aug 28, 2023

This winery is considered the benchmark of modern Friulian winemaking, renowned for its precise approach to terroir, small yields and extremely precise management of grape expression.
The winery was founded in 1987, and its philosophy is based on the synthesis of international and local varieties, adapted to the character of the Isonzo soils.
