This bright and versatile wine features a pale lemon hue and excellent, persistent mousse, with citrus aromas that express Bairrada's terroir. The Bairrada region is ideally suited for sparkling wine production. Its calcareous soil and the natural acidity of the 'Bical', 'Cercial', and 'Maria Gomes' grape varieties are key factors that allow for the creation of top-quality sparkling wines here.
The wine is crafted using the traditional method of sparkling wine production and aged for 36 months on its lees in the cellars of Quinta de Baixo. It is refreshing, with bright acidity, and a long-lasting finish.
