Poli Elisir Camomilla is a gentle, sweet chamomile liqueur, created as a fragrant ritual of relaxation. The idea is simple and elegantly Italian: a natural infusion of chamomile blossoms whose aroma recalls warm chamomile tea with a touch of honey, and whose flavour brings to mind a summer meadow.
This liqueur is made according to an old family recipe dating back to the 1930s. Using a true chamomile-flower infusion, its aromas are extracted naturally, without any artificial impression. Chamomile here is not a “spice” but the core of the drink, keeping the profile clean, floral, and subtle.
On the nose, chamomile blossoms lead, joined by gentle honeyed hints and a light apple-like note—one of the reasons chamomile is sometimes called the “apple of the earth.” On the palate, the liqueur is sweet, rounded, and soft, with a delicate herbal touch that maintains balance and prevents the sweetness from feeling heavy.
