This is a place where the ancient traditions of mead-making meet a modern approach to natural products. Here, honey and the treasures of the forest are transformed into beverages crafted according to authentic recipes dating back to the times of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth. The meadery was born from a deep respect for beekeeping, traditional tree-beekeeping, and homemade mead production—traditions that had gradually been forgotten but are now carefully revived.
Our goal is not only to produce beverages. We strive to restore historical culture, preserve a part of our region’s heritage, and bring back the flavours once admired by our ancestors. All drinks are made exclusively from natural ingredients, gathered by hand in the Augustów Forest and surrounding areas of Lithuania and Poland. The production is based on honey sourced from trusted beekeepers—one of the most precious and noble raw materials in alcohol craftsmanship.
Every product is created with care, following long-standing artisanal principles. The recipes draw from the rich heritage of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth, and the production process reflects deep respect for the raw materials and the people who collect them
