As befits the best beverages of the region, "Château Barbier" is born from Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc grapes affected by noble rot (Botrytis cinerea) in the autumn. This natural phenomenon concentrates the berries' sugar and aromas by evaporating water. The wine features an amber color and intense notes of honey, ripe apricots, citrus peel, and toasted almonds.
