De Martino wines are characterized by fresh acidity, fruitiness, and earthy notes, along with a distinctive minerality – qualities that are somewhat less common in New World wines.

• Carmenere – intense, with subtle notes of spices, smoke, and earthy hints that harmoniously blend with soft tannins.
• Chardonnay and Syrah – elegant variations where the influence of traditional oak barrels adds extra complexity to the wines. 

Prestigious Vineyards

The grapes used for De Martino wines are grown in unique Chilean regions:

• Isla de Maipo – a region with a Mediterranean climate and distinctive soil that gives the wines a special character.
• Itata – traditional vineyards where classic methods are applied to reveal the authenticity of the terroir.

Aging and Consumption Period

The wines are aged using both modern and traditional technologies, allowing them to maintain their authenticity and emphasize the local terroir. Although most De Martino wines are best enjoyed young, some variations have the potential for long aging, developing even more complex notes.
