The estate's greatest asset is its old, 60–90-year-old vines growing on steep slopes. Although this age means significantly lower yields, the berries accumulate an incredible concentration of flavors. The winemakers use minimal intervention in the cellar, allowing the wine to ferment naturally and age in French and American oak barrels.
The estate's red beverages from the Mencía variety are famous for their velvety texture, aromas of flowers (violets), red forest berries, and subtle spices. It is a highly harmonious style, often compared to Burgundy wines. The white Godello is a fresh, crisp, mineral-driven white wine with notes of apple and citrus.
