White dry
The wine is made from a separate Josephshöfer vineyard, which is only 5 hectares in size. The southern slopes, where the vineyards grow up to 60 °, are 165 m above sea level. The soil is hard gray slate. Rich fruit notes reminiscent of orange zest, peach and apricot, rounded off with notable minerality on the finish. Powerful and full-bodied, yet elegant too. This wine has a long aftertaste.
Serve at 8-10 °C with Asian cuisine with soy sauce, Indian dishes with curry, meatier fish dishes, soft cheeses.
