A full, fruity and elegant wine with excellent balance of acidity and texture, a long, fresh fruity aftertaste and a clean mineral structure.
A wine with considerable aging potential.
Serve at 8-10°C with shrimp, scallops, oysters, white fish with lemon sauce, goat cheeses, especially with herbs, vegan dishes with mushrooms or asparagus.
