Sparkling dry
Single Vineyard "Hammer", a slope with deep soil at the eastern part of the vineyards of community Fels in Wagram. This sparkling wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes in classical bottle-fermenting method, its fine perlage and golden color gives an first impression of its ripeness and quality. Flavors of berries and harmonic dry taste without sugar or too high acid anables light hearted drinking joy.
Serve at 6-8 °C with oysters, seafood, good to combine with sweet dishes.
