Sparkling dry
Natūralusis lengvai putojantis rožinis vynas, kuris daromas natūralios fermentacijos būdu. Fermentacija vykdomas tik vieną kartą. Vynas nėra filtruotas. Jo sudėtyje yra nedidelis kiekis natūralių (iš vynuogių odelių, kauliukų) sulfitų.
Rausvos spalvos vynas, su mielių nuosėdomis, pasižymi aviečių ir raudonųjų serbentų, žemuogių aromatais. Burnoje juntama gaivumo pojūtį suteikianti rūgštis, bei uogiškas poskonis.
Tiekti 8-10 °C prie žuvies patiekalų, vištienos patiekalų, skanių kiaulienos lašinių su namine duona( tai pateikiama vyndario ūkyje).
