On the palate, a smooth, integrated meat texture is revealed, along with subtly earthy, fragrant porcini notes that lend the terrine even greater depth and distinction. It is a hearty yet elegant combination, in which each ingredient complements the other, with a pleasant, long-lasting piquancy lingering in the finish.
