This unique cacao distillate was created for the Mascaro family in collaboration with chocolate master Zenon Rovira, utilizing the 2007 cacao harvest from the "Terreiro Velho" plantation in São Tomé and Príncipe. The beverage features a perfectly clear color and a profoundly intense taste.
Aroma: cacao and tropical fruit notes.
Taste in the mouth: intense, with distinct nuances of toast.
Serving recommendations and pairing: serve cool at 16–18 ºc, perfectly suited for desserts or mixed in cocktails.
