Description

Poliziano Le Stanze Toscana BIO 2021 is a strong, elegant and harmonious super Tuscan red wine, combining the structure of Bordeaux varieties with the character of Tuscany. It perfectly represents the Poliziano winery's ability to create wines that are attractive to an international audience, but preserve the local terroir. "One of our greatest wines" - this is how the winemakers themselves describe this wine.

The name of the "Le Stanze" wine is dedicated to the poet Angelo Ambrogini, who is known as "Poliziano". The wine is described as a classic Bordeaux "a la Tuscany".

The aromas are deep and complex - black cherries, black currants and tones of balsamic herbs, as well as spices and subtle nuances of oak. The wine is full-bodied, balanced in structure, silky, sweet tannins that go well with refreshing acidity. The aftertaste is long-lasting, harmonious and delicate.

The grapes are hand-picked. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, and then the wine was aged for about 16 months in new French oak barrels.

Serving recommendations
