White dry
Planted on steep terraced slopes, this vineyard of young vines grows in soil of granitic rock.
The wine offers subtle aromas of yellow stone fruits, citrus and white flowers on the nose. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied, with a firmer, mineral acidity and flavours of grapefruit, mandarin and lemon zest.
Serve at 8–10 °C with grilled fish, seafood or soft white mould-ripened cheeses.
This has aromas of crushed stones, fennel, sliced apples and bread crust. Medium-bodied, refreshing and transparent with a stony and clear-cut finish. Sustainable. Drink now or hold. Screw cap. Jul 13, 2023
