Red dry
Susana Balbo Signature Malbec 2022 - high-quality red wine is made from grapes grown in the prestigious Alto Agrelo (Luján de Cuyo) and Altamira (Uco Valley) vineyards, located 1 km above sea level. Such a unique location ensures the freshness of the wine, intense flavor and excellent balance of acidity.
The aromas are perfectly balanced, with notes of raspberry, blueberry, licorice and sweet spices. This is a medium-bodied red wine with a firm yet silky feel of tannins. They give the wine a deep sense of elegance and structure.
Fermentation and maceration are carried out in stainless steel barrels for 35 days in order to extract all the necessary elements of flavor and aroma. The wine was aged for 13 months. in French oak barrels, of which 80% are new and the rest are used.
Serve at 16-18° C with roast lamb, burger with blue cheese or roasted turkey.
