Jambon de Bayonne IGP is one of the most famous French dry-cured hams, rooted in the traditions of the Basque Country and southwestern France. Produced in the Adour Basin region under strict IGP geographical indication requirements, this ham is aged for no less than 12 months.
Thinly sliced, it offers a delicate, melt-in-the-mouth texture and a harmoniously balanced saltiness.
