Red dry
A subtle, gentle wine with aromas of raspberry, wild strawberry, blueberry and blackberry. Week-long maceration, unfiltered. Pleasantly rich on the palate. The vines grow on hilly, stony slopes in fine clay-textured soil. The clay subsoil, together with silica, lends the wine notable freshness and vivacity. Hand-harvested.
Serve at 14–16 °C with tuna tartare, braised duck or tomato and chorizo stew.
