White dry
Domaine Servin, located in the heart of the Chablis region, boasts a profound history dating back to 1654. From the very beginning, the Servin family has been dedicated to grape growing and winemaking, nurturing the land and perfecting the secrets of this noble craft. Today, the estate owns 32 hectares of vineyards, a significant portion of which are situated in prestigious Premier Cru and Grand Cru plots. Under the leadership of François Servin, the quality of the winery's wines consistently improves each year. He has not only replanted vines with a significantly higher density than is common in the region but has also achieved exceptional grape concentration. In the best plots owned by Domaine Servin, grapes are harvested only by hand, emphasizing precision and attention to detail. François strives to blend traditional and modern winemaking methods, utilizing stainless steel fermentation tanks, yet a portion of his wines carries a subtle "touch" of oak, while almost all Grand Cru wines are fermented in oak barrels.
