Artisanal production and natural purity
What sets Duché de Longueville apart is its commitment to craftsmanship. Each apple variety is harvested and fermented separately, with juice stored at controlled temperatures until blending and bottling. Only the first pressing is used – 100% pure apple juice with no additives. Fermentation occurs naturally, without added substances, and the resulting carbonation is a product of the natural fermentation process.
Product range and taste profile
Cidre Brut – a dry, ~5% ABV cider with a delicate apple character and natural effervescence.
Cidre Doux – a sweet, 2% ABV cider with notes of honey and ripe apples, ideal for pairing with desserts.
Non-Alcoholic Apple Cider – a refreshing and light drink made from 15 apple varieties, suitable for food pairings or solo enjoyment.
Tradition and quality preserved
Duché de Longueville proudly upholds Normandy’s cider-making traditions, using the “Cidre Bouché” method – a champagne-style cork symbolizing natural in-bottle fermentation. The company’s dedication to quality and sustainability has earned it recognition both in France and internationally.
Thanks to its authenticity, craftsmanship, and exceptional taste, Duché de Longueville cider is a favorite among gourmets and lovers of natural, artisanal beverages alike.
