"Born is a renowned Japanese sake brewery dedicated to preserving the traditional and distinctive craftsmanship of Japanese sake production.
Sake of the highest quality, produced in Hyōgo Prefecture, Japan. The sake is made from Yamada Nishiki rice, which is carefully polished to a level of 35 %. After fermentation, the sake is aged at 0 °C degrees for 2 years.
The pale yellowish colour is full of aromas of cherry, petals, red grapes, exotic and citrus fruits and vanilla. Its taste combines two worlds - calm and dynamic at the same time. It has a very fruity, deep flavour.
We recommend serving it chilled to a temperature of 10 - 12 °C. Paires well with soft cheeses, light salads with citrus fruits or citrus dressing, grilled vegetables or tofu with miso sauce will go well with this sake.
Pradžioje dirbęs valiutos keitimo versle miestelio įkūrėjas 1860 metais įkūrė Kato Kichibee Shoten sakės daryklą. Šiuo metu jau 12-ta šeimos karta Fukui prefektūroje gamina išskirtinės kokybės sakę.
