A traditional lemon curd made from ripe lemon juice and zest for a fresh, natural citrus flavour. Smooth and creamy in texture, easy to spread, perfectly balanced between refreshing tartness and delicate sweetness.
Delicious with fresh white bread, cheese, sponge cake (as an alternative to jam), on toast or sourdough, with scones, or even as a delightful surprise inside muffins. Buttery, rich, refreshing – a true melt-in-the-mouth treat.
Ingredients: sugar, eggs, butter, lemon juice from concentrate (3%), citric acid, gelling agent: pectin, flavourings.
Contains eggs, milk or milk product traces. May contain traces of nuts.
