Clos Mogador Nelin Blanco 2020 – tai elegantiškas ir išskirtinis baltasis vynas iš Ispanijos, Priorato regiono (DOQ), kurį kuria vienas garsiausių Priorato vyndarių – René Barbier. Šis vynas – gilus, kompleksiškas, pagamintas iš kruopščiai atrinktų baltųjų vynuogių mišinio, užauginto biodinaminėmis sąlygomis kalvotame Priorato terroir.
Clos Mogador Nelin 2020 pasižymi kompleksišku aromatu, kuriame atsiskleidžia baltieji tropiniai vaisiai, citrusai, žolelės, šiek tiek medaus natos. Skonyje – išraiškinga struktūra, subalansuota rūgštis, šilta minerališka tekstūra, ilgas ir elegantiškas poskonis.
Fermentacija vykdyta nerūdijančio plieno talpose ir 500 l ąžuolo statinėse su natūraliomis mielėmis. Vynas brandintas 12 mėn. 1200 l ąžuolo statinėse ir 6 mėn. nerūdijančio plieno talpose.
Tiekti 10 - 12 °C prie jūros gėrybių, šukučių, austrių, riebesnės baltos žuvies (pvz., menkės, jūrų ešerio), švelnių sūrių (pvz., Manchego, ožkos pieno), kreminių rizoto ar makaronų patiekalų.
Medium gold hue. Complex and intense with a subtle note of croissant-like pastry to the Mediterranean spices, stones, tropical fruit, yellow nectarines with a hint of oxidative complexity that touches the sweet spot. A hint of honey, too. Full-bodied and voluminous with solid structure on the palate. Some tannins and fresh acidity go hand in hand. What a serious but fun white to enjoy now.
