White dry
This wine offers a unique opportunity to experience the pure, refined elegance that only the Rheingau region can offer. George Breuer is an exceptional winemaker from a region historically renowned as one of Germany’s best for producing premium Riesling wines.
The wine has a bright yellow color, with enticing aromas of yellow fruit, hay, wet stone and sweet spice. In the mouth, it has impressive complexity, combined with subtle hints of tannins and strong acidity.
This exceptional Riesling comes from Germany’s prestigious Rheingau region, one of the country’s smallest wine-growing areas, covering approximately 3,000 hectares of vineyards. The protected, south-facing vineyard areas of the Taunus mountain range are a reliable source for the country’s best Riesling wines. The grapes for this particular wine are carefully selected from second Cru classified vineyard plots in Rüdesheim, Rauenthal and Lorch, where deep phyllite, clay and quartz slate soils predominate.
Residual sugar content 4.4 g/l.
Serve at 10-12 °C with fish, seafood, poultry, and cheese plates.
The peachy core of this excellent dry riesling has an exotic fruit and flower complexity that gives it a unique personality. Intense crushed rock minerality on the very focused, medium-bodied palate. Very long, straight finish with complex candied citrus and wild herb character. From organically grown grapes with Fair'n Green certification. Drink or hold.

Winemaking Philosophy
Weingut Georg Breuer is dedicated to producing elegant, dry Riesling wines with a strong sense of terroir. The quality pyramid ranges from Estate and village-level Riesling to the premium Terra Montosa cuvée and single-vineyard Grand Cru wines. The focus lies on low yields (especially 15–25 hl/ha in top sites), rigorous hand selection of healthy ripe grapes, spontaneous fermentation, and ageing in traditional large oak casks.
The winery practices sustainable viticulture and is certified under the FAIR’N GREEN standard — one of the strictest sustainability certifications in Germany.
Wine Style
Georg Breuer Rieslings are characterized by purity, finesse, vibrant minerality, and excellent structure. They offer great drinking pleasure when young, yet possess the balance, acidity, and depth to age gracefully for 15–30+ years.
Weingut Georg Breuer represents classic, high-end Rheingau winemaking at its best — refined, terroir-driven, and timeless.
