Duck Foie Gras with Salt and Pepper 125 g

Discover a classic French delicacy – Jean Larnaudie duck foie gras, lightly seasoned with salt and pepper. This refined product, elegantly presented in a glass jar, stands out not only for its authentic taste but also for the carefully preserved tradition behind its production. It is certified with the IGP label “Foie Gras de Canard du Sud-Ouest”, confirming its protected origin and connection to one of France’s most important foie gras regions.

On the palate, it reveals what foie gras lovers value most – a pure, noble and refined expression of duck liver. The aroma is delicate and inviting, while the texture is initially firmer, then becomes exceptionally smooth, subtle and elegant in the mouth. The salt and pepper are used with precision and restraint, enhancing rather than overpowering the rich character of the duck liver. There is no heavy or greasy sensation on the palate – only noble, well-balanced aromas and a long, harmonious finish emerge.

Ingredients: duck liver, salt (1.6%), pepper (0.2%).

Nutritional value per 100 g: 2183 kJ / 530 kcal, fat 54 g, of which saturates 22 g, carbohydrates 1.6 g, of which sugars 1.6 g, protein 8.4 g, salt 1.4 g.
