The Caol Ila Distillery lies on the northeast coast of Islay, overlooking the island of Jura. Thanks to its slower fermentation and lighter distillation process, this whisky stands out for its refined, clean smoky profile, while maintaining fresh citrus and malty notes. Matured in ex-bourbon casks, it achieves a beautiful balance of sweetness and coastal salinity. Like all bottlings in the Old Particular series, it is non-chill filtered and free from added colouring.
