Salomon Undhof “Wieden” GrünerVeltliner 2021 is an elegant, mineral and delicate Grüner Veltliner from the famous Kremstal DAC appellation, a separate vineyard “Wieden”.
The juice is fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks. The wine is stored for several months on its lees.
Aroma: fresh green apples, shades of fresh herbs, white pepper, soft citrus tones (green lemongrass, lime).
Taste: medium-bodied, elegant acidity, mineral. Excellent balance. The spices of white pepper transition into a soft citrus aftertaste.
Serve at a temperature of 10 - 12 °C with fish, sushi, smidras, and soft cheeses.
