The wine is made from grape varieties well-known to wine lovers – 'Sauvignon Blanc', 'Semillón', and 'Torrontés'. They stand out with a bright and deep aroma, revealing tropical fruits, flowers, herbs, guava, pear, and lychee.
Fermentation took place in oak barrels with natural yeasts and in concrete "eggs". The wine was aged in French oak barrels (60% new, 40% second use).
Acidity in the wine: 6.2 g/l.
