Susana Balbo Crios Torrontés 2025 is a lively and aromatic Argentine white wine that reveals the sunny, expressive character of the Torrontés grape in the glass. The grapes are grown in vineyards located high above sea level in Mendoza - in the Uco Valley (1015 m asl) and the Agrelo region (980 m asl), where cool nights help preserve freshness and intensity of aromas.
In the glass you will find bright aromas of citrus fruits, passion fruit, lychee and white flowers. The wine is fresh, juicy and expressive. The lively acidity provides lightness, and the wine, aged for three months on its lees, acquires a softer texture and more structure. The long, subtly mineral aftertaste maintains a pleasant balance of fruit and floral notes.
It is best served at a temperature of 10–12 °C. Due to its expressive aroma, it is particularly suitable for Asian and fusion cuisine, aromatic or slightly spicy dishes, white meat, fish, crab, fresh salads and citrus desserts.
