The wine comes from more than 25 year old vines with deep roots. Wine of hand-picked, carefully selected grapes. 5 months stored with yeast. Fresh white fruit aromas, quite weighty, mineral - with subtle light bubbles.
Serve at 10-12 °C with fat white fish, seafood or soft cheeses.
