Sweet sweet
The wine is vibrant and fruity, with excellent freshness and balance. It is sweet, yet supported by intense, refreshing acidity, featuring flavours of redcurrant compote, strawberry and cherry jam, and a finish reminiscent of dried fruits soaked in liqueur.
Fermented and aged for 5 months in new oak barrels, the wine shows aromas of black cherries, ripe strawberries, and raspberries.
Residual sugar: 90.3 g/l
Total acidity: 6.4 g/l
Serve at 10–12 °C as a dessert wine, or with soft and long-aged cheeses, as well as chocolate, strawberry, or raspberry desserts. It also pairs beautifully with goose served with red cabbage and sweet chestnuts.

The Kracher winery in Austria is located next to Lake Neusiedl.
