Originating from the high altitudes of the Oaxaca region, "Pierde Almas Joven Tobala" is a highly prized artisanal mezcal made from wild "Tobalá" agaves growing in rocky terrains. Due to the low yield and long maturation of these agaves, this spirit features an incredibly rare, elegant, and complex taste profile.
The aroma is dominated by a subtle scent of floral blossoms and tropical fruits, such as pineapples and peaches, intertwined with gentle, sweet earth and campfire smoke.
The palate reveals a silky texture and refined sweetness; notes of ripe fruits and wild herbs harmoniously blend with a long-lasting, softly smoky aftertaste.
It is recommended to enjoy neat from a traditional copita glass, allowing the spirit to slowly unfold. This mezcal pairs perfectly with light seafood dishes, grilled vegetables, fresh goat cheeses, and light fruity desserts.
