Ximénez-Spínola – an exceptional Spanish winery dedicated to the Pedro Ximénez grape

Ximénez-Spínola is a unique family-owned winery founded in 1729 in Jerez, Spain, and still run by the same family today. It is one of the very few wineries in the world whose entire production is made exclusively from the Pedro Ximénez grape, renowned for its natural sweetness, aromatic richness, and remarkable aging potential.

Why choose Ximénez-Spínola wines?

  • 100% Pedro Ximénez – All wines and brandies produced by the winery, from sweet dessert wines to dry whites, are made solely from this singular and highly expressive grape variety.
  • Limited editions – Only small quantities are produced each year; every bottle is numbered and crafted for true wine enthusiasts.
  • Handcrafted production – From grape harvesting to label application, every step of the process is carried out by hand.
  • Unique aging – Wines and brandy are aged in American oak barrels using the traditional solera system.
