Semi-dry rosé apple cider infused with aronia berries is crafted from carefully selected apples grown in Klumpė orchards. The foundation is built on ‘Auksis’ and ‘Connell Red’, along with other local apple varieties that provide a clear, authentic apple character, while aronia berries add additional complexity.
They contribute subtle berry aromas, a gentle hint of tannic structure, and a naturally pink hue.
On the nose, fresh apple notes are immediately apparent, soon complemented by deeper berry nuances: aronia, a delicate touch of dried berries, and a light, orchard-like herbal freshness. On the palate, the cider is semi-dry and refreshing, with well-balanced acidity, subtle tannins, and a gentle sparkle. The finish is clean and softly berry-driven, maintaining a harmonious balance between apple fruitiness and freshness.
We recommend serving well chilled, alongside a variety of cheeses, light snacks, or fresh summer salads.
