These are characterful wines from selected single vineyards that embody the style of De Martino. La Cancha is a classic Cabernet Sauvignon and our best expression of the variety. This vineyard in Isla de Maipo was for many years a football pitch (or “cancha” in Spanish), hence its name.
Serve at 16-18 °C with meat dishes with richer sauces, wild mushroom stews, harder cheeses.
